##SOLD## The proposal is for a single family dwelling spread over two levels of accommodation, comprising basement and ground floors.

There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus a ground floor WC. The living room is located at the front of the dwelling overlooking a large skylight. This creates a visual link to the lower level as well as providing natural day light to the decked area and more importantly one of the two bedrooms and the study. A soft landscaped front garden with provision for a single parking space is also visible from the living room.

The living room and dining room share the space at the level entrance, while the kitchen is located to the volume at the south of the site. The kitchen is also separated from the living/dining area by a change in level. Access to the lower level bedrooms is provided via a staircase.
